From Goal Setter to Goal Achiever

Over the years, while working with small business owners and individuals on their goals, I’ve noticed something fascinating:

Most people genuinely mean well.
They have good intentions.
Some even have great ideas and detailed plans.

Yet many still never accomplish what they set out to achieve.

So what separates a goal setter from a goal achiever?

The answer may surprise you.

It has very little to do with what you are doing and everything to do with who you are being.

The image you hold of yourself determines far more than most people realize. It influences your actions, your consistency, your confidence, and even the timing of when — or if — you move forward.

A goal achiever carries a winner’s image internally.
They are willing to set goals, stay committed, push through obstacles, and follow through to completion.

Your entire life revolves around images.

Just as every company has a corporate image, every individual has a self-image.

One of the greatest causes of success or failure is the hidden image you carry of yourself. That inner picture quietly influences your decisions every day. In many ways, it controls your life just as automatically as your mind controls your heartbeat.

Your self-image determines:

  • What you believe you deserve
  • What you think you are capable of
  • How much success you allow yourself to experience
  • Whether you persist or quit when challenges arise

Your success in any area of life will rarely exceed the image you have of yourself.

If you want to transform your results, you must first transform the image within.

Because before you can truly Do, you must first Be.

That is the shift from being a goal setter to becoming a goal achiever.

If you’d like to continue the conversation about developing “The Winner’s Image,” I’d love to connect.

I’m only an email or phone call away.

Keep on rocking!
